Known for his integrity, work ethic, and boots-on-the-ground market knowledge, Spencer has built a reputation as a trusted advisor to property owners and investors across the metro.
With nearly a decade in commercial real estate, Spencer has spent the majority of his career in brokerage, now entering his ninth year. He began in property management, overseeing large retail centers for one year before transitioning into brokerage in 2018, where he has focused on helping clients navigate acquisitions, dispositions, and market strategy across the Omaha metro.
Spencer specializes in multifamily and urban core assets and provides broker opinions of value, site acquisition, and property dispositions. He is supported by Oak’s full-service platform, which offers leasing, tenant representation, and in-depth sector analysis. At his core, he has a relentless focus on helping clients achieve their goals.
