With a passion for Omaha and the commercial real estate market, Spencer has established a reputation of integrity and hard work in the industry. He embarked on his career in 2017 as a property manager for large retail centers. This experience gave him an understanding of the commercial real estate landscape and operations. With this experience, he took a bold step, transitioning to a full-time broker in January of 2018.

From the outset, Spencer’s strategy for success has been to build a strong network within the Omaha commercial real estate community, maintaining a boots-on-the-ground perspective on the market and leaving no stone unturned. This commitment to staying connected and informed has been instrumental. His networking led him to team up with John Heine in February of 2020. Since then, Spencer has been involved in over $100MM of brokerage transactions. The experience gained from this has led to a strong network of property owners and buyers, a more in-depth market analysis, and an understanding of commercial real estate trends. The bulk of these transactions have been focused in Multifamily, representing both buyers and sellers.
