BROKERJohn Heine is a multi-faceted commercial real estate broker who provides a full range of brokerage and consulting services. His 18 years of real estate practice is rooted in thorough investment analysis, listening to client objectives, building long-term relationships, and lifelong learning. John believes that the most successful brokers are the ones who solve problems and create opportunities, giving the client an abundance of options while earning trust and forming partnerships. His leadership of Oak Investment Real Estate is based on the same principles.
John’s education in both business and law gives him a breadth of knowledge to help his clients make smart investment decisions by removing obstacles to their growth. During the course of his commercial real estate brokerage career, he has guided hundreds of transactions, primarily income-producing real estate. John has an emphasis in multifamily buildings/land along with other investment real estate including industrial, office and retail. With a blend of consultation, financial analysis, and grit, his primary work ranges from the disposition/acquisition of stabilized assets to value-add and redevelopment projects in Omaha’s urban core.
