ASSISTANT PROPERTY MANAGER

Jocelyn Tena is a driven and dedicated professional pursuing a career in real estate. As a Junior Property Manager, she brings enthusiasm and resilience to her role, supporting the team with tenant relations, financial reporting, and coordinating with vendors and contractors to maintain properties at the highest standards.

Jocelyn earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate and Land Use Economics from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. While at UNO, she was a member of the College of Business Administration’s Scholars Academy, a prestigious program for high-achieving business students. She was actively involved in Rho Epsilon, the Student Real Estate Organization, and participated in The Entrepreneurial Living Learning Community and the Association of Latino American Students. Additionally, Jocelyn served as Chapter President of Alpha Xi Delta sorority, where she honed her leadership and organizational skills.

A native of Schuyler, Nebraska, Jocelyn is known for her positive attitude, competitive spirit, and forward-thinking vision. She is set on earning her real estate license and is excited to continue growing her expertise and making a meaningful impact in the commercial real estate industry.
