Jocelyn Tena

ASSISTANT PROPERTY MANAGER

With an eye on earning her real estate license, Jocelyn Tena brings enthusiasm and fortitude to her role as an Assistant Property Manager. She supports the department with tenant inquiries, financial reporting and liaises with vendors and contractors to ensure properties are kept to the highest standards.

Jocelyn is pursuing her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska at Omaha with a concentration in real estate. She is a member of the College of Business Administration’s Scholars Academy, a cohort of the twenty high achieving business students that attend UNO. She is active in Rho Epsilon (Student Real Estate Organization), The Entrepreneurial Living Learning Community and the Association of Latino American Students. Jocelyn also serves as Chapter President of Alpha Xi Delta sorority.

A native of Schuyler, Nebraska, Jocelyn exudes a positive attitude, competitive spirit, and a vision for her future that drive her to continued success.
