Garrett Smith is a commercial real estate broker specializing in investment sales, leasing, and development advisory across the Omaha metropolitan area. Known for his disciplined work ethic and data-driven approach, Garrett focuses on maximizing value for property owners, investors, and developers through strategic positioning and precise market analysis.

Garrett began his career in 2023 as a research associate, where he built a rigorous foundation in underwriting, market analysis, and valuation. That analytical background continues to shape his brokerage practice today—allowing him to advise clients not just on pricing, but on timing, structure, and long-term investment performance within the Omaha market.

A Blair, Nebraska native, Garrett developed an early understanding of real estate by working alongside his father renovating and repositioning single-family homes. This hands-on exposure gave him a practical perspective on construction, value-add opportunities, and risk assessment—insight that now informs his work with investors and developers.
