A native of the Nebraska Sand Hills, Carol Samway’s midwestern upbringing taught her the value of an exceptional work ethic. She brings 15+ years of diversified experience in commercial real estate and property management to the Oak team. Her attention to detail, energy and dedication to her tenants and investment partners ensures that everyone involved is maximizing their real estate goals.

Carol got her start in real estate property management working for a local developer. From there, she successfully launched into the sales and leasing of commercial properties. With her knowledge and experience, she provides a broad scope of real estate services such as managing day-to-day facility operation, construction management, preparing monthly financials and quarterly reports, and conducting market research to maximize the full potential of properties. She is also experienced in aiding property owners with protesting over-assessed property values and reducing property taxes.

Carol studied Business Management at Briar Cliff University and Metro Community College. She continues to educate herself on the full life cycle of investment properties. She is active in the Omaha Real Estate Investors Association (Omaha REIA), which focuses on honing real estate investment skills. She is also a board member of the Midtown Business Association.
