Strategic Consultant Bob Dean is regarded as a leader in Omaha real estate, with a forward-thinking approach. He serves clients in the field of multi-family asset management, real estate investing, and strategic planning.

Bob launched Greenbroke, LLC in 2024 to encourage sponsors, developers, and investors to dynamic operating results by challenging norms in their strategic planning. Greenbroke operates across the Midwest in a range of asset classes.

Bob’s path in real estate began with a foundational role in property management, where an eye for detail and a passion for service set the stage for future growth. With solid grounding in property operations, Bob transitioned to real estate investing, a role requiring strategic thinking, financial acumen, and a long-term investment mindset.

Bob and his wife Cindy spend their spare time with their horses. Bob is a board member of Victory Riding Academy, an equine therapy facility in Omaha that serves veterans, first responders and those with special needs. Bob also supports several horse rescues and is a volunteer ambassador for the American Wild Horse Conservation. Ten percent of all Greenbroke earnings go to support equine related missions.
