Colleen Mason has cultivated expertise in supporting clients who are buying, selling, investing, and developing properties in the Omaha market. Her knowledge allows her to play an active role in marketing, negotiating, financing, management, and sales aspects of client transactions. Colleen believes that communication, dedication, and transparency are the foundations of life-long relationships and prides herself on giving each of her clients the highest level of service and skill while keeping her eye on all aspects of the deal.

A 30,000 SF retail redevelopment in Omaha’s revitalized Little Bohemia marked the onset of Colleen’s commercial real estate career. Her specialization in retail sales, leasing, and development has built her an abundance of knowledge in site selection, pre-construction, project management, zoning and urban design regulations, land use policies, City and State tax credits, tax increment financing, and community relations. She continues to work with clients across all retail sectors, including investment sales and acquisitions and tenant and landlord representation.

With her work revitalizing Omaha’s Little Bohemia neighborhood, Colleen has proven her ability to successfully engage the community to create opportunities for individuals and businesses. Colleen’s collaborative approach to creating partnerships has awarded her strong and effective relationships within Omaha’s business, philanthropic, and municipal sectors.
